Please be aware that GPs do not receive personal post, and as such, any letters directed to an individual are likely to opened by the Practice team before being directed to the most appropriate person.

Telephone Line Opening Hours

General Line: 8:15am to 12:00pm and 14:30pm to 18:00pm

The Practice telephone lines are manned by our Reception team at Tramways Medical Centre. Please be patient during busy periods where other calls may take longer to deal with.

When lines are closed, phone lines will be answered by either the Sheffield GP Collabrative or the Sheffield Out-of-hours Service.
